Jennie Garth's Plan For A Healthy & Happy 2013 : Healthy Hollywood

Healthy Hollywood is sure Jennie Garth is ready to say goodbye to 2012 and welcome 2013 with open arms.

Jennie Garth is moving on, and so is her ex, Peter Facinelli, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy.

“I think there will come a time when it won’t sting so bad,” she told PEOPLE at the Ebay Toy Box Pop-Up Shop in New York City on Thursday. “But I’m not quite there yet.”

Garth added about her ex, who is dating actress Jaimie Alexander: “You know, I am happy that he is happy, though.”

As for her own love life, Garth says, “I’m dating one guy right now,” adding with a laugh, “One is enough, right?” (She declined to name her beau, however.)

And the actress says she’s focusing on what’s most important to her: giving her three daughters the love and support they need. “We are co-parenting and getting the hang of it,” she says of her life after her split.

But the holidays will be no different, as Garth and Facinelli plan to share time with their girls.

The actress spent a good chunk of the past year going through a very public split with her husband of 11 years, actor Peter Fancinelli. Jennie reveals in the January/February 2013 issue of Health magazine that the breakup was actually a positive wake-up call.

Garth landed her first role in the television sitcom Growing Pains. She also appeared in six episodes on A Brand New Life as Erica McCray.

In 1990, she landed the role of Kelly Taylor on the television series Beverly Hills, 90210. Throughout the series, Garth's character faced several trials and tribulations, along with difficult issues regarding family and her romantic life. Garth displayed an exceptional understanding of the character's struggles and triumphs, portraying Kelly in a relatable way which made her one of the most developed and popular characters on the show.
